So, presumably, the standard of fairness for civilian judges in Pakistan is whether or not their rulings please the military ? Should they not, it is to be presumed that they have become partisan. I suppose that’s what you are saying without realizing that you are effectively equating the military with the State. An institution that is supposed to be subservient to the office of the Prime Minister has arrested and incarcerated a former Prime Minister for over a year on cases that are comprehensively fraudulent and lack even a shred of credibility. Yet, you believe this state of affairs is somehow conducive to the well-being of the State. What you are essentially saying is that everyone in Pakistan is subordinate to the military, with no accountability for its actions, no matter how unjust or self-serving they might be.
