I know I’m a bit late to the dance BUT! After owning the Dragon for nearly 3 years, I’ve actually found a practical use for the LEDs. There is actually a small white LED light inside the lid when open, so you have a light-source while changing the buttons/internals. I’ve JUST found this light about 20 mins ago 🤣

I always keep my TE2+ cord plugged into the back, rolled up into a circle and use the Velcro to lock it up and put the circle of wire around the stick itself. of course, with a little slack so its not yanking on it. I want the dragon ... I'm not sure why, but maybe I need it.

Ronin24 If you add a new plexi from Art, it will usually fix the squeaks and feel more solid and adding some Tech Flex to the wires are also a great addition. I would love to see you your intake of the Panzer III. I just received mine and it absolutely amazing. I own the MadCatz TE 2 and 2+, the Dragon, EightArc Ebony, Hori HRAP 4 and Fighting Edge, and Tek Innovation Acrylic stick and is waiting on my VLX conversion into hitbox. But the Panzer III has Sega candy cab button layout feels so much better than most Vewlix layout and is slightly cheaper than the Dragon, but at the moment only offered as a DIY Kit and the user has to provide 1 lever, 6- 24mm, 6-8 30mm buttons, but includes a Brooks Universal Fighting board, for the $$$ blows the Dragon out of the water, in terms of compatibility and not to mention. the solid steel body. You can prevent the te2 flex noise by putting a piece of scotch tape around the piece that clips into the bottom of the stick. Sounds ridiculous but it works. I actually ended up taking the piece of tape off after a day and the sound is still gone. Give it a shot!

Also the wired to wireless makes no sense. If you want it wired then don't disassemble the cord to wrap up. The difference between the two is one is a quick disconnect. The only part that's true is it leaves that to wear and tear.

Love your guys' channel, props to ya! During reviews/shootouts/etc I suggest you guys incorporate another camera angle or two now and then to showcase what you're discussing. Sometimes you'll point out a specific feature/aesthetic and point at it on the stick but it's completely out of frame (e.g. "Scales of a fallen dragon" inside the Qanba Dragon). That being said, you guys should have more subscribers for the level of polish and commentary you provide the FGC.

My Mad Catz TES+ is arriving in the mail tomorrow. I got it direct from Mad Catz for 150 US and free shipping. I ordered an octa gate, 2 pound spring, and a new ball top. I also got 8 obs cherry red switches and button tops. I found a cool graphic on the net and got it printed at fed ex for a couple bucks. All told I will have spent around 200 bucks for a pretty customized stick

Personally, as much as I do like a lot of Japanese parts, I personally prefer the Western parts of Industrias Lorenzo. Their joystick and buttons feel good and work perfectly (I learned from John Choi that Sanwa and Seimitsu aren't the be all end all). so I'm kind sad that most of the commercial fightsticks won't fit these parts, with few exceptions (my Hori RAP V4 fits IL longstem concave buttons just fine, but an IL joystick won't fit, a Hori VLX Premium fits both but it's prohibitively expensive). I do like both of these fightsticks, but if I want to mod them with western parts, it won't work. yeah yeah, call me a scrub for not wanting Japanese parts, but it's just my preference

I'm torn between myself, tbh. I love how the dragon looks, but I also don't. Like it looks amazing, but I think personally since I played a great deal of tekken and other games on an actual arcade machine, my brain is just like "THE TE2 IS NOSTALGIC AS HELL." So maybe once I get used to my hori mini 4 and find out if I actually like sticks, I'll get the TE2.

I'm thinking about getting a fight stick, but I find that I am a little heavy handed and trying to do movements with a normal stick due how light it is, normally has me moving the stick too far. accidently jumps or specials not coming out. i recently picked up the hori rap4 stick for ps4, I love it, but there were times i felt that it wasn't executing moves when playing mortal kombat. it was better on street fighter, but any mores that were back/forward or back/back/forward weren't registering.. I dont know if it was the stick or if its me.. would these stick be better in that regard?

Kostas Tzovlas I have a rap4 and a qanba. it's not you, it's the Hori. once you use a qanba or madcatz with your main you will notice. like goku taking off his weighted training clothes. you'll hit your combos much easier.

Amilcar Conceicao Its all preference really. Execution God Sako used a Hori stick for a long time and if he's capable at executing 43 hit combos with guile then I don't think it's the stick.

Hi guys I just started playing an old favourite Galaga yes I'm old, I'm on my ps4 and I just got a cheap stick "Fightstick Alfa" (Street Fighter). If I was shore I could get an arcade stick in my and I would love but as to be like in the arcade. Could that be possible emulate the same. Ok is been 35 years a go since I seen an arcade game but if was today I must probably old the world record, no joke the machine was stopping count the score after 9999999 or so I I'm so bad now that I struggle reach level 30, maybe is not within me anymore but I don't mind having another go on "Galaga" I wish was 1980s lol 😂, even I now I'm little amazed on how good I was because I'm so bad now... please any advice be much appreciated even if you tell me the honest opinion that I haven't got a chance because that's is what I'm thinking, at the moment believe or not is not me playing is my mussels memory.
