Hi Leung, Loved your video. Can you please show me how to change flight ticket date with Qantas Airlines in Thailand? I am going to Thailand next month and maybe need to change my return flying date just in case.

Nice video, how about checkin for family ? Me wife and 1 kid will be traveling so do we need to check-in separately or it will allow combined luggage of 40*3= 120 kg ?

Hi, I am just confused, why you need to print the checked baggage tags and boarding passes twice at Mel and Syd for your connecting flight with same Qantas carrier? So, the passengers need to collect the checked baggage and re-check them again or now Qantas will transfer them between flights? Thank you Calvin!

I was flying in two different days and was booked in two separate tickets. If you have a connecting flight booked in the same ticket on the same day (Domestic to International connection with Qantas), your bags will be checked all the way through to your final destination. But with International to Domestic connections, you will need to collect your luggage after your international flight, and then drop them off again before your domestic flight (no need a separate bag tag for the domestic leg). Thanks for watching :)

@@CLeungistravelling Thank you Calvin. That has cleared my queries. So, I've booked an international flight through Qantas from Mel but my flights are in two different days, two carriers (Qantas and Cathay) and one layover in SIN, Should I collect my luggage at SIN? And for the flight back with Cathay and Qantas also layover in SIN, does my luggage will go to Mel which I don't need to collect my luggage in SIN? Thank you so much Calvin!

If you're flying in two different days, you will need to collect your luggage at SIN, with the exception of booking two flights in the same ticket involving an overnight layover (e.g. landing late at night/midnight and departing the next morning) For your return trip to MEL, your bags should be checked all the way through, assuming that your flights are part of the same booking and your connecting flight (Qantas) is departing the same day that you landed into SIN :)
