ایک دفعہ ایک صحابی نے مولا علی کرم اللہ وجہ سے پوچھا یاعلی قسمت اور محنت کا آپس میں کتنا تعلق ہے۔مولاۓ کاٸنات نے اس صحابی سے کہا ذرا کھڑا ہونا وہ کھڑا ہو گیا آپ نے کہا ایک ٹانگ کواوپر اٹھا لو ۔اس نے ایک ٹانگ اٹھا لی اوردوسری ٹانگ پر کھڑا ہو گیا۔پھر مولا نے کہا دوسری ٹانگ بھی اٹھا لو۔ ۔ ۔وہ بولا میرے مولا اگر میں دوسری ٹانگ بھی اٹھاٶں گا تو گر جاٶں گا۔ تب مولا نے اس مثال سےصحابی کو سمجھایا کہ تم نے ایک ٹانگ اٹھاٸی وہ تمھاری محنت کی طرح تمھارے اختیار میں تھی دوسری ٹانگ تمھاری قسمت کی طرح تمھارے اختیار میں نہیں تھی ۔۔مطلب یہ کہ تم محنت کرو اور قسمت اس ذات باری تعالٰی کے اختیار میں ہے۔

sir with very respect but i think there are a lot of reason to work out side country, lack of opportunities in country low pay grade unproper environment i dont know about the rest but i think its normal behavior if you are taking for exmaple if you are taking 50 thousand salary in pak and u get offer with 3 or 4 lakhs with sponsor visa and other benefit then i think you will think about moving on. In my field i move because of limited environment of grow skills i can't grow my skills i need the biggeer environment to explore my brain and me be many others have different reason so calling them nalaiq is not fair. :)

Walekum salam brother . i have heard all the lecture with that i have make the comment after hearing every single word and i am not disrespectful to him, as he share his idea and thinking same as i do .. each person have a different reason to work on abroad he said if person do some efforts he can get the better salary, if you get this formula to Pakistani people out of 10 i think 7 will be disagree the circumstances which we are living in right now, you can only get have the better job when your country is economically strong which is too bad right now, second thing 40% of your economy is covered by the people who work abroad and send money to pakistan. so i think i mad my point only.

شاہ صاحب آپ کی باتیں اپنی جگہ مگر میں اپنے گھر کا اکیلا کرنے والا ہوں الیکٹرک پلمبر کا کام کرتا ہوں 6سال میں دونوں کام کرنے کے باوجود بھی اپنا گھر نہیں بنا سکا بچیوں کی اسکول فیس تک دینے کے لیئے پریشان رہتا تھا ابھی دو سال ہوئے سعودی عرب آیا ہوں اللہ تعالیٰ کا بہت شکر ادا کرتا ہوں گھر میں دو ٹائم کا کھانا اور بچیوں کی تعلیم کے لئے وسائل پیدا ہوئے ہیں اور میں جتنا پاکستان میں خوار ہو کے بھی نہیں کما سکتا تھا یہاں عزت سے اس سے زیادہ کما رہا ہوں اللہ تعالیٰ نے آ پ کو عقل دی ہے مگر اس کو کسی پر انگلی اٹھانے کے لیے خدا را استعمال نہ کریں پاکستان میں کام ہے مگر کرنے کے بعد پیسہ نہیں ملتا آپ کو بھکاری کی طرح سیٹھ صاحب کے گیٹ کے باہر کھڑا ہونا پڑتا ہے اور بدلے میں آپ کو ذلیل کیا جاتا ہے کہ میری عزت ہے یہاں اور تم جنازہ نکالنے آ کے کھڑے ہو جاتے ہو۔

Dear Sir Qasim, I watched full video clip, only one thing that i want to share with you according to my experience, " Do not Judge Someone" You said you can tell anyone in 15 minutes that he/she can do CSS or not. I think you are wrong, you are nobody to judge someone with you own knowledge and experience. Its my personal observation, start of anything does not depends on knowledge, it completely depends on how much you work hard. I really respect you but please think about it.
