Download Hayya app and apply thru that. You will need to submit several documents and wait for approval before you can enter the country. Are you coming here during the World Cup or after? Please research if this is necessary for, after the WC, it may not be. covid19.moph.gov.qa/EN/travel-and-return-policy/Pages/default.aspx I would say Westbay is the most convenient area to stay in, it has 2 metro stations and is between Corniche/Souq and the Pearl/Lusail. It has many hotels/accommodations available. Remember, the metro goes all the way to the airport. I hope that helps
