sorry, I just found out the flight operates on Tuesdays instead of Thursdays :) but I'm not quite sure, because the Ethiopian that we recorded was filmed on a Thursday... :p

Hey I was wondering, at the start of the video, there was a runway on the left side. You turned right and took off from there. was it a double ended runway or a REALLY long runway?

I'd say the latter. This jet used about 8000 feet of the runway, so there was a couple thousand on the other end remaining after lifting off in addition to what we see at the start.
