I did my sonru interview today with Qatar. They asked me 3 questions. 1-What background and work experiences I have that set me apart from other candidates? 2-they give me 2 minutes to add any further comments. 3-they asked about a situation in a team where I made sure everyone is participating. That’s it. Just for you to know that each applicant get a different set of questions but I thought of sharing mine for more effective preparation to everyone’s. Best of luck to you all :)

Hi Mimi! CV stands for "curriculum vitae", its just another word for resume. So the question asks you to talk about something that's not on your resume. If I had to answer that, I'd talk about how I love to cook and explore new food from around the world :) This gives the hiring manager a chance to get to know the person they are assessing.

Hi Miruna! You should speak for as long as you need to answer the question - not more and not less. If you've answered the question in - for example - 60 seconds, click submit answer and go onto the next question. Don't extend you answer more than necessary! Good luck with the interview!
