Update protractor e2e framework with async/await

To synchronise protractor scripts, we use selenium's WebDriver control flow [using then keyword],
But control flow will be deprecated, and Typescripts async/await we can use to synchronise the test scripts.
Even nodeJS greater than equal to 8.0 also support async/await.
So in this this video, we will discuss how to update the scripts using async / await.
