If you only want dirty money you can remove the payment method dropdown from the menu client side. And server side change AddMoney to AddItem and put your dirty money there

Yes y can easy ,in client sode where the qb-core target is make a statement like if (tagert is true )else {put the logic of PRES E } you can refer to any qb-core default script they have like shops for example to understand what im saying

Of course you can make an array in cofig of location of peds where in each have they info like coords and change the script in client side to be able the menu to open for each of them in a loop ,you can refer the example qb-core use in shops to be able to understand what im saying since here in comments is difficult to explain
