@@faisalratul8778 I've had Motorola's for a long time unfortunately I can't answer because I'm no photography expert, to me average Joe I don't see a difference. I even have the hasselblad true zoom and to me having 10x optical zoom was great. Looks like Google and more reviews may help.

So I went into T-Mobile and they were out of stock of the 2024 base model. The sales rep showed me the razr plus from last year. I ended up getting last years flagship vs this years base model. It cost me $499. I also just saw it at Walmart for $349 but only the graphite model.

I just bought the razr today after my iphone broke. Unfortunately i got the wrong model! I wanted the Razr+ so i'll have to exchange later this week. Anyhow, i'm still impressed with the base model. It's a cool nifty little device. It's not as snappy as i want and initially i was worried because it was choppy opening some menus. It seemed like it just needed to "run" and its been as snappy as can be ever since. Still, the + is faster. I do enjoy this phone and cannot wait to get the +! If contemplating over the base model, it's still a worthy phone.

I nearly bought the Razr 40 Ultra last year but opted for the Razr 40. I wanted to experience the phone and make a decision before forking out extra money for the Ultra version. It's a pretty good phone. Great features. But I'm glad I held off as the larger Razr 50 external screen size is what I was hoping for. So this year I'll get the 50 Ultra (aka Plus).

I like the base model razr 2024 better that bigger front screen just dont look that good from s design standpoint. As someone who barely uses media aside KZbin spotify discord and the xbox app. Its mainly just gonna be for calling and texting family and close friends. Well worth the 230$ for straighttalk plus 3 months of service and a case and 2 years of protection for a little over 400$ definitely a steal. Motorola is killin it yet again.

They both look great, but the telephoto camera, 60 FPS 4K recording, 512GB storage and more powerful processor are more then enogh in my eyes to justify the jump up to the Ultra - which I just preodered a few days ago. :)

Motorola has always been good in hardware, but it's the software where it's far, far behind. There are tons of moto flagship still have not received Android 14, and as of flip phone they still far behind samsung in terms of optimization

Its the screen protector that cracks down the middle where the bend is. Not the actual screen. So sadly you do need to replace to factor screen protector.

Can you imagine this exact phone except in all shiny chrome?? 🤔 I would for sure get the pink one for my wife. Or how about one with a clear or smoked outer covering where the entire phone lights up whenever a text or a call is received. Also, have it where you can change whatever color you want flashing depending on your taste. Also ability to assign different colors for different callers OR For example, flashing green could be for incoming calls, blinking blue could be for incoming texts. Blinking red could be for missed calls. 🤔

I just bought the regular Razr, I didn't want to spend the money on the RAZR +, I still have my 23 Ultra, just wanted the FLIP. I have to say I actually love this phone, much more than I thought! Refresh rates and all that are not that important for me. This is a functional phone that I have been using for 2 weeks, lots of personalization, charges faster that my Ultra 23, and I can just throw it in my pocket. Love it!!

I can never understand the screen refresh rates? So if I text or watch KZbin, which one is better?

Refresh rate is like, how smooth the image on the screen is, and is essentially the maximum frames per second that the screen is capable of. Lower refresh rates make it look 'choppier', so to speak. For texting, you probably wouldn't notice a huge difference between 60hz and 144hz, because there isn't much movement happening. In a video, in a game, or when scrolling through a social media feed, you would notice a difference if you saw them side by side. This might be a hot take in the eyes of gamers, but I would personally say that 144hz is really the maximum bang for your buck with refresh rate. Anything higher and the human eye doesn't really see much of a difference. It can make slight differences while playing games if you want to look at input and hit boxes down to the millisecond, but for the average person who wants to enjoy their phone, I don't see a reason to pay more for anything over 144hz.

Great Review! Love Motorola and Samsung. I have a Flip 4 and it is okay. I prefer my S24Ultra. These new Flip phones now have one or two screens that you can damage, so better get insurance or just buy another. Be careful , easy to drop. My flip has a ring that pops out the back of the case so easy to hold. I do not get the attraction of the big flip screen, just use your main screen and get a good one and get over this gimmicky trend of flip phones (IMO). Also not sure about the Vegan finish, will probably disintegrate in a few years (perhaps the phone will die before then, I prefer a plastic or harder finish, however that will make it slippery) . Motorola has the BEST software and settings on the phone (when I compay to Samsung, apple, and Sony(worst)).
