Can you run an income statement compared to budget report?

You can, but it is usually called something different. I see Profit & Loss or Statement of Activities. That is the same thing as an Income Statement.

It is! I think I show this during the second half of the video. You need to download their template first. I then copied and pasted from the budge the Finance Committee set into this QuickBooks template.

how to customize the budget line item or add a new line item in my budget

To add a line to the budget, you need to add an account to your Chart of Accounts. The Chart of Accounts will determined the layout for the budget. Here's a post I did on the subject that may help: jctaccounting.com/2023/05/05/quickbooks-online-setting-up-the-chart-of-accounts/

My version QBO Plus Global version, there is no option to import

I have the US version. I'm kind of disappointed at how slow QuickBooks is at rolling out features for the global version. Sorry!
