Just spent £360 for q-bot express for 4 after looking at the reviews of ridiculous queues last weekend. I can't imagine my young kids being happy queuing an hour for each ride in the heat. We going tomorrow...

Agreed. When it is a hot day and some of the queues aren't in the shade, trying to keep kids happy becomes a real challenge... It is worth paying the extra. Be sure to check out our How to Save Money at Legoland video along with "Don't go to Legoland before viewing " video. Hints and tips to get the most out of the park.

my family of 4 went to lego land about 5 years ago, and we got two base level q bots between us which were i believe £20 each, and it was wonderful, no queues all day, don't even know what the point of upgrading would have been because it worked so well with just the base level. it was great, because i personally have sensory issues too so queues and theme parks as a whole are very overwhelming for me so it was a big help. it was no problem to plan ahead and i prefer that anyways, to know what i'm going to be doing next.

Thats great you had a good time and got value out of it. For the "upgrade", it can just come down to how busy the park is. If moderately busy, probably not worth it. If height of summer with 60-90minute queues, it can be worth it - horses for courses.

Thanks for the video. I'm looking into going to Billund in April, and I'm assuming most of this advice applies there too (the names are slightly different; silver, gold and platinum - but they look like they do the same thing)

I haven't been to Billund yet but will soon. Would imagine if it is co-run by Merlin Group, would likely be similar.

So can I line up still without q bot ?
@mattelder3 жыл бұрын
Yep. You'll just queue up as normal.

Can you help with ultimate please. Do you still have to reserve or can you just turn up and join the qbot queue with ultimate?

It has been replaced with another system now... although the principle of how it works is still very similar.

Lego land is a terrible day out queues for ever spent the whole day there got o two rides worst day out I have ever had two many people let in
@mattelder Жыл бұрын
Yep, during school holidays it gets very busy and ride queues seem to be 45-90 minutes.
@timvincent3848 Жыл бұрын
Thank you for your reply it was honestly the worst day out I have ever had what they do is let to many people in once your in they've got your money and couldn't care less how long you queue for food is expensive and so are drinks when we were there there were even an hour and a half queue for food and as I said the queues for the rides were ridiculous and with children who get bored and tired it's a nightmare there should be a restriction on the amount of people so the queues are manageable but they don't care

@@timvincent3848 it is one of the most expensive parks in the UK. Its ashame. We recently went to legoland in Billund and the queue times were nowhere near as bad, same with legoland Dubai.
