i like your answer based on your answer try to play solo vs duo or solo vs solo and try to rush enemies with strategy, whenever your looting you should also consider other things than enemies like how you gonna out smart the enemies, how you should rush your enemies efficiently and finally for map knowledge try to watch scrimmage fights or try to land on place you didn't know and try to remember all the respawn locations

based on your answer i think whats the best next move is to master the capsule dropped shot you can use that in your advantage when rushing an enemies since you have a good map knowledge you can also use that to not always engage at the enemies whenever you see one because if you do that every single time and you face a pro opponent your not going to know whats your next move so try to find other ways to win the game not just rushing.
