many users write that this watch not work after update. why?? what's the problem?

I bought one. I installed the app, pair the watch, so the app told me to update the firmware, after the updated the watch display stop working, I've tried anything, reinstall the app, install the app in another mobiles, it's all the same, the app finds the watch but I can't pair 'cos I can not touch the display to pair the watch to the mobile
