QDA software NVivo 12: Project Save Reminder and Recovery File

Thanks so much for the explanations. I have a problem with my NVIVO 12 for windows: the save option is always gray, so I don't know how to save my project. what can I do? is it a problem that can be solved or is it an error at the base of the installation process?
