If each unit increase by 10-20 sq meters how much space will each block of flats take up? Price keep increasing but floor area keep decreasing. Make the corridors shorter sure can make up for increases in unit area.

FYI HDB is count as subsidised home. Even you didn't get Grant. Subsidized home to outside SG. Ppl might think is for poor ppl home. As it is subsided home. But in SG only rental home is for poor ppl as the rent for studio home can be as low as $50/mth much affordable than buying a home

Old types of HDB flat more big. New types of likes is using Box to building 🏢 up so maybe will look smaller
