It's all good. But how can I extract data and plotting to analyze it on my PC in R or Python? This program suite is very inconvenient to analyze a lot of different points with different thresholds

Where is the video to import a CSV template? I have been looking for a video in qiagen resources and I can't find it.

It will be better to let user to set up all via import csv format template. the exported platedisplaylayout cannot be re-import back that is not good.
