Hello teacher, I like to seek some advices from you. An incident happened recently whereby the bus captain of SBS transit failed to open the door for my mother to board even after he spotted her and just drove off. My mother was queuing up initially until she went up to me for something(I am away from the bus stop) before going back to the bus stop, so by the time she went back to the bus stop, the driver just closed the door (not moving yet) and pretty sure he saw my mum walking back and was signalling him to open the door, but he didnt and just drove off. Should I send feedback to SBS Transit? Or Should I just give that particular driver another chance? (I do not want something serious happen to him)

Hi, from my experience as a bus passenger, sometimes the bus captain would be checking his right side to see if he can turn the bus out, and thus may miss out checking his left side to see your mum. If your “pretty sure he saw my mum” is based on you actually seeing him looking at your mum yet refusing to open the door, then writing in would not be an accusation. But if it is based on your assumption, then it would be not be fair to him.
