I needed this 🙏 I wake most nights from anxiety and have trouble getting back to sleep. I do these practices without any guidance and it leaves me unfulfilled. But with your video, the lovely scenery, your soft voice and expert guidance I can feel a connection to the calming love of divine energy. This is my new 3am practice ❤

Loved this! I was double shaking because I did this practice while standing on my Rumblex 4D but it gave me added energy for the rest of the day! BTW ❤❤❤ those river rocks! I could definitely live in that stream! LoL!
