I've practiced a beginner's style yoga for the past 35 years, but as I near age 80 I find yoga and many other forms of exercise leave me in more pain than when I started. Qigong is the one type of exercise that makes me feel better. Discovered Leopard form recently while searching internet for help with painful sciatica I've had for months. Probably at least 50 percent less pain with my first practice. I have White Tiger dvd so hope to master the other forms as well on a daily basis.

Thank you for offering your experience Chrystal. Many people, myself included, find Qigong to be very effective pain relief. The combination of slow, mindful movement, with the breath and visualisation, is a wonderful tool to calm the nervous system and reduce the sensation of pain. We do use these techniques in yoga therapy too, but they are not as commonly found in a class environment. I hope you enjoy working with White Tiger Qigong! 🙏☯️
