Maybe not as good as DHIL, but lot of Propagation blessings buff lots of basic attack and damage overall. So I think Blade is still a superb char for Propagation

You use skill points to roll for 2 tiles. Once you get 4 of the same tiles (any of the 3 different kinds), QQ does an enhanced basic attack. Keep in mind every time you use a skill point and don’t get 4 of a kind, you get more dmg bonus added to your basic attack.. also, her ult immediately gives her 4 of a kind but people like to use her ult before her enhanced basic because it uses the dmg boost you get from using all of those skill points
