Muchova’s beautiful classic all-court game with shot varieties and great feel and touch at the net is really fun to watch. And yeah, all that with no grunting 😊 She is like Roger F. in WTA in my book… Hope she will win GS title some day!

This was a really fine match. Muchova is rolling right now. Playing so consistenly solid in her fundamentals and using her variety so well. Plus, her serving picked up in the 2nd set, making her even tougher, Zheng should have a great career for ten years or more, barring serious injury or other issues. She has the skills and athleticism to be a relevant force at all levels. Glad she was able to come back from the fall.

Zheng must learn from Mochova.... A steady game, not too much unforced errors, good control of ground strokes, good serve and good return....with variety of shots to confuse the opponent...

I don't think a No. 7 in the world has to learn something from someone. She apparently made it this far with her play, has more titles than Muchova and is 22 yrs old. And that's me saying it, a big Muchova fan.

​​@@Wysch zheng only made into top 10 because she got AO final last year without beating any top players. But she is going to drop soon. She won't make to finals next AO

@@rahulrava619 Sure, the rankings work as they work, that doesn't mean she has stayed No. 7 for almost 10 months because she got lucky once. She managed to defend her points in all grand slams this year compared to last year's, with the exception of French Open. Also the Olympic gold was a lucky shot, right. What I'm saying, however, is that I don't think she needs to copy or learn from someone else. She made it this far for a reason, and copying other players' strenghts is not it. Again, I'm a massive Karolina fan since 2017 when the world still didn't know her, it's not that I'm defending my favourite player here.

@@Wysch I didn't say anything about copying. But you and i both know that she has to improve her skills. She also lost first round Wimbledon this year. The only title she won was palermo 500.
