Can anyone explain the benefits or the value of maxing E second? According to rank 1 qiyana Szochs he always maxes or puts 3 points in W because of move speed, attack speed and on-hit magic damage, then why would you max E second?

when i play qiyana i dont have time to AA someone, i include it in my combos, my E is often the ability i use to engage since it grants a guaranteed Q and helps provoc electrocute with E-Q-AA or E-Q-W-Q making the ennemy lose health with the E so that the ennemy can be ended with a terrain Q or even directly during the E, assuring crit. is that enough

Prowler claw isnt the best item for qiyana because her cooldown and the damage, draktar or eclipse is better

Prowler claw is for gap closing, you claw a minion then e on the enemy, besides theres the damage bonus from prowlers claw passive after the active
