I think iso8. tv made some of the best ever films of the Ji Tong line. They captured the silence and immensity of the landscape with the whole train, not just the passing engine.

On December 29, 2005, the steam locomotives operating on the Jitong Railway were announced to be decommissioned. At present, there are only high-speed rail and freight electric diesel locomotives on the Jitong line. It is impossible to go anywhere to see steam locomotives nowadays. Friends who like steam locomotives may still be able to photograph some steam locomotives on special lines in some mines in China.

Great video. It reminds me of steam trains in the UK when I was young. Which loco was providing the main power? One loco applies full power whilst the other provides less power, otherwise it doesn't work!
