Подскажите пожалуйста, как сделать агрегацию данных по уровням. Чтобы на уровне 1 была сумма значений 1, 2, 3 на уровне 2 сумма 1, 2, 3 на уровне 3 - 3.

There multiple ways to do it. Depend on where you want to do it. On Front end its very simple, you can use Pivot table. If you want to do it in scripting, then after creating hierarchy, you need to join hierarchy table with transaction table (Table which has field that you want to aggr), then either you can use window function or aggr group by function. Check my video (Windows function) it has covered that part.
