@@szowink idk ,its gamma so i wouldnt be suprised. gamma feels extremly gamey and alot of aspects and features are changed in favor of gameplay and streamlined experience at the cost of immersion. ive only ever played gamma once ,and when i did iam pretty sure the npc looting was deactivated and "npc loot claim" was used(to make the game more difficult and increase the length of hobo phase i asume) ,meaning npcs wont let u loot bodies they killed even if they cant see u or when they arent even the area by stopping u from even opening the bodies inventory while also never actually looting anything themselfs. idk what mod is used these days in gamma since i dont play it anymore(not a big fan of constant fog 100 meter away on a sunny day or enemie bulletsponges or artificially lengthened grind)

@@szowinkyou can disable npc dont loot mod in gamma mod menu if you want it enabled. It's disabled because rat gameplay is for irl rats and kinda dumb when NPCs walking around with trader sized inventories

That loaded Loner on the second floor also had three merc patches on him. I'm guessing that's why dude was so stacked. That, or dude was Mewing up a storm to rizz up those merc baddies.

That grenade and the "oh sh*---" killed me :D Also, I'd say if you attempt to raid Rostok, I wouldn't go from Yantar->Wild Territory->Rostok..because the moment you spawn in, you'd be face to face with Duty. Instead approach it from the Army Warehouses. You'd have a bit more cover in case there's patrolling units.

Idk about the other modpacks, but in efp, npcs will fight even outside your current map (not far from level borders) and every npc might loot loads from whoever they kill and if you're lucky you can meet them before they despawn.

Great vid. I think the reason that npc had so many guns/loot is because npcs loot dead bodies that are outside of the player's range.

You can use different sewing kits to repair the armor parts when the max duribility goes down to make the max duribility go up.

the greatest satisfaction is when, at the end of a firefight, you come across a S.T.A.L.K.E.R. loaded with loot (this doesn't really happen in recent versions of GAMMA, because NPC looting is disabled, but in EFP and Anomaly it's a free for all, especially for ECO players, just sit back, relax and watch the show then do your best EFT rat impression)

One thing I haven't seen mentioned yet, is that if you give a pack to your companions, it does increase their carry weight. Doesn't work in GAMMA, but does work in EFP, or at least should.

Great video as usual! The medic trait just means you get 10% of the total healing/radiation removal of an item instantly instead of over time. Still can save your life in emergencies, but doesn’t give free anti rad sadly

The EBR is a beast of a gun once you upgrade it, close to 100% accuracy so it can be a semi sniper

The EBR you found was in a stash with the tools in pripyat,great vid! And yes stashes in EFP are never the same once you pull a save. Also if I'm not mistaken the monolith medic should be in the building straight from the Loner camp in Outskirts Pripyat but if I am sry lol Btw if you give a companion a armor upgraded with weight carrying will it also increase the carrying capacity? And if you are really woundering why that Loner had so much loot the answer is simple the AI loots corpses and travels around if a AI lives long enough he will have a insane ammount of stuff on him.

Make sure you unload the mags, you would get SO much more ammo from dead stalkers(because auto loot does not unload the mags for you)

There's quest marker for items from your inventory/stash in EfP? Also had similar situation in EfP - started new game without knife, but vendors (or just Butcher) sells only expensive (50k+) fancy blades that I can't afford. Could not do any one of those easy task like "bring meat/parts" until few hours later. edit - STILL can't figure out how to maintain my armor - saw FAQ (Armor parts overhaul mod) and still no idea how to bring it to 100% after coming back to my hideout... no YT guides either. It's always around 80-90 in red numbers. Purification pills for water flask have similar icon to GAMMA meds used to restore body parts condition... and make you really dizzy. And to fill your flask with water your flask needs to be empty (zero charges bar). With ammo toolbox it's worth picking every ammo and dismantling it to craft useful one later. Attaching plates to belt never works for me (used to in older mods)

if you dont like the gamma grind and dont mind a little worse graphics then id say it is

gamma is more of a "game" as in more streamlined progression and a little more forgiving damage system, i think gamma is great on ur first loner playthrough when u also want to play the story mode, however after that i find efp alot better since the grind is faster early on and the game itself feels more unpridictable ,also the graphics are alot better imo but i think that is also a preference thing, also efp warfare mode is a big mood when u eventually just want to go on a rampage and had enough of playing the loot goblin and scraping at the bottom of the barrel. i recommend efp if ur ready for a change ,i never went back to gamma after i tried it.

@@schmolzzgamma is not for current gen of ADHD zoomers who want to get high power sniper within minute 10 and quickscope NPCs for 30mins before they get bored and go back to tiktok or tarkov. gamma actually feels good to play instead of this garbage where you could be full geared in less than 2 hrs of "gameplay"
