@@estherlmp04 In short, I just followed the same steps, within 7days(for Intl) or 30days(For India), sent an email with all the documents(PAN card and receipts etc) to qnet for refund. They asked me to return the products they sent. When I sent back that product, they processed the refund in a month. For me it took 1 year because I did not send the product back.

Sir ab mujhe dar hain ki mera refund aayega ki nhi. Isilye I really need some serious help Sir coz the senior is saying ki usne 30-45 days lagega. Par aisa kyun lagega Sir? I really dont understand why are people who are highly skilled and qualified and were CS and doctors and CA's leaving their jobs and practicing Q-Net?
