Hi I’ve got the 15R I am having trouble with stitch regulation I’ve talked to a representative and went through his suggestions and still have various size stitches. What else could be wrong. Sometimes goes along beautifully then when I make a loop it is way to long of a stitch

How do you stop and cut the thread/bobbin thread?

When using the regulated stitches, sometimes the machine kinda takes long &slow stitches and then gets back to moving with me. I have rethreaded the machine and have the tension pretty good. Is that normal? I haven't had the machine long and it kinda freaks me out when it happens. I am loving the machine!! Thanks.

Tabatha W That could have something to do with your encoders. Clean the encoders and tracks with a cloth and rubbing alcohol, and check how tight your encoders are tuned.

You don't show how to change on the menu. I push the menu button and nothing happens. My needle up and down button works ; the stop/start button works. Nothing else works. Thank you
