Hello my name is Mary and major I live in Audubon Park South Jersey years ago I had gone to the local quilt shop and eat for an hour it an office like me could rent stand a lesson in the long arm but in those days they had what they call the pan papers I'm not saying that word right but it was like on a shelf and the laser light fouled the design of what was going on the quilt top by the laser light of the paper you are doing a fabulous job it is such a nice way of doing the feathers and I'm enjoying watching this I really appreciate the information have a great day bye for now thank you

Excellent, Im not a long-armer but there's nothing here that couldn't be done on a regular machine with a little tweak here or there, and a hell of lot of practice...

Not too much talk. Very informative. As your child could I have the Quilt you say was destroyed. Will take your seconds any time. People commenting on the fact that you do not quilt same level of quilting for yourself as you do for customers. You explained the cost of tedious work. They would not want to pay! People are so self centered. You also explained you don't just do edge to edge,You do not so mundane or run of the mill. You even think it out and it turns out special for them. I have a friend who is a long arm-er. Had a customer request her quilt be done for a show, special note she would like it done in a week CUSTOM. She was a friend. She was involve from day 1. Picking designs for each block. Was asked her thread color choices. Said she had NO problem with thread colors. First design was a feather (chosen by her for a particular block). She went to look at it it was done in green. Said "I hate green." (remember any color no preference?) The color was ripped out by the quilter. I thought the feather was breath taking. For me she would have been sent home with her quilt undone. When she got it ON TIME she did nothing but complain. Needless to say They are no longer friends. A blessing for the quilter. I admire you have, seen your quilts at shows. There will always be criticizers. Did not say what I was really thinking. Glad you are not effected as an artist. Again thank you. There is a P.S. Wish I could watch a special show quilt being Quilted on the frame. Just bought a used long arm. Intimidated by the detailed work you do. AND I will never quilt for anyone else no matter the price.

When you switched to manual mode to do the pebbling...what speed/percentage did you use?

If a particular quilt takes a long time, does that mean you are taking it off the longarm, putting on a different quilt to work on, and then doing that over and over?

Too many comments from the host causing her guest to talk a lot. I would have preferred seeing more of the beautiful hands-on quilting.

Good to watch but much of the conversation was too low, mumbled. Non-american viewers have to decipher the accent, the rapid talking and follow the discussion. Not easy.
