Dreamcatcher are touching on a very important subject here. Maison is French for "house" or rather "home", and they are singing about everyone's home, which is our planet. Previously they talked about online hate, now they are tackling an issue that impacts the whole planet and therefore everyone. Climate change is going to affect all of us, and it is already affecting many people. Island Nations will disappear under the ocean ("Save my home in the ocean"). Ice melts in the arctic and displaces people ("Save my home in the polar"). Forests get decimated by corporate greed and habitats get destroyed ("Save my home in the jungle") and disappearing glaciers and snow packs result in even less water for deserts ("Save my home in the desert"). People have a natural tendency to ignore issues that seem to be in the future - but climate change is here, right now. We can't wait anymore, and it is good that Dreamcatcher use their platform to promote change: "Break your habit now!" Musically I really enjoy the song. Like in BEcause, the rock/metal vibe is dialed back a bit, but it is still there and highly distorted. Although the more I listen to it, the more Rock I hear. I especially like how the pre-chorus and chorus seems to appear out of nowhere, the chord progression in the bridge, and the epic end part. The bass line is crazy as well. LEEZ and Ollounder have done it again, and the members are just brilliant. Respect!

You gottit - it's not subliminal, but it's very much a cry to those with the power to stop destroying the environment. Maison, of course, means "house" in French, and they're calling to protect our home. 5:55 I _think_ the dude with the animal head looks like the head of a corporation; he's sitting at the head of a boardroom table. I think it's supposed to be a ram, with the other people at the table being his "sheep" or, yes-men. It would refer to the fact that it's generally huge corporations that are doing the vast majority of the damage; a handful of big corporations cause far more pollution than all the private residences in the world could ever _hope_ to. And that's why SuA drops into the boardroom, presumably to take him out. And the video is _entirely_ CG except for the girls; they filmed purely in green-screen environment.

Maison is definitely about climate change. As for the new storyline, there honestly isn't any additional information available. Like, are they angels? Gods? Superheroes? Aliens? 😂 No one knows! I'm leaning towards angels because of the heavenly setting and the choir part at the end. It's gonna be a while before the next album, as Dreamcatcher is performing at a lot of festivals and going on tour soon, and so I think Insomnia will have time to use our tinfoil hats to solve the mystery. We were really focused on streaming and securing music show wins(2 wins for Maison!!) and cared less about the story.
