I've definitely been there before(the editor, not qojqva, qojqva is a chad 10/10 sex haver), I've lost 2 years of my life being depressed about the same thing. And you know what? It has taught me a lot and I have never reacted the same way to these normal things again, I moved on, started working on myself, started learning new things and spending more time with my friends and family, and I can say for sure - deeper the hole you've gotten into - more valuable is the knowledge that you learn on your way back. I hope things will get better for you in the 2025, and I know they will, you just gotta pick yourself up and start living, the universe will do the rest. It's hours of grinding and learning, which is exhausting but honestly also fun in its own right. Knowing you have aegis will deter your enemy to commit towards a kill unless they're sure if you can be killed twice. It's unnecessary to take risk diving when you can just regroup and take another set or rax. You will also put your support out of position to save your ass and may ended up prolonging the game

just start playing, over time you will get better and better no matter how hard the hero is. At some point you'll be able to win games against 5 counters just by learning the limitations of this hero. shouldn't be too hard to pick up, and right now it's a very solid meta hero, it just takes practice to know when you can reliably be full agi and a few tricks with attribute shift
