(Hamid Shakranzad; Mashhad, Iran, born May 1983), is an Iranian reader (reciter of the Quran). As such, many modern and young narrators try to imitate his style. ۔ Shakir Nyange won the World Qualification Competition in Saudi Arabia on March 15, 1996. After this victory an hour was entered into the Ka'bah after a gift from the King of Saudi Arabia. It was the first time an Iranian reader entered the Ka'bah.
