A little bit of trivia for non-French speakers about the clip at the end: Before going their separate ways, the two guys say '"Merde" (literally "Shit") to each other, which was correctly translated with "Good luck". Indeed, in French, superstition says that if you wish good luck to someone, it will jinx it, and so they say "Merde" instead. I've seen it mostly before exams, but I think it's also used by theater players, and is thus quite close to the expression "Break a leg".

A little more trivia about why "merde" : Before motorized cars were a thing, people went to theatres by horse-drawn carriage, and the horses tended to defecate near the theatre. So people said "merde" to the performers as a way to wish a lot of shit near the theatre, meaning there is a lot of horses, thus a lot of spectators and therefore that the performance is a success

@flamelikesminecraft718 It might be a social group thing, yeah. As I said, it was rather common when I was studying, and it comes from theater comedians. Outside of these situations, it might not be as frequently used. I haven't heard it as much since I graduated.

C'est une rivalité sympathique, entre le vieux loup de mer (Aypierre) et le petit jeune :) Par certains aspect, cela me rappelle le film Max et Jérémy Après, c'est bien aussi pour Tubbo car ça le poussera peut-être à sortir de sa zone de confort et à devenir meilleur.
