So here's my headcanon. Many years have passed since Dsmp events. I have a theory that Wilbur and Phil remember their past lives bc they were in a parent/child relationship, so Mumza The Goddess of Death saved their memories abt Dsmp. I don't know how much each of them remembers, but I'm sure Wilbur remembers Las Nevadas arch at least and Phil remembers everything bc he told Chayanne stories about Techno.
