Hii Kristion I have some questios regarding Genetic and QTL. if possible please give Answers 1)How to distinguish quantitative trait and polygenic trait? 2) How to dealing with simple and complex trait? 3)How quantitative trait express? 4) How to localize genome regions or chromosome region in QTL? 5) How can we use trait distributions and segregating populations in order to genetic factors involve? 6) How can we combine phenotype distribution from mapping population with genotype data from mapping population, in order find correlation between marker polymorphism and trait polymorphism? 7) How to map QTL? 8)Mechanism of complex trait for QTL analysis? single gene for QTL analysis? 10)Regulation of complex traits?
