What happens if Jammeh (The President) VIOLATES The Consitution by KILLING and DISAPPEARING Gambians WITHOUT their Constitutionally GUARANTEED Rights To A Court of Law? In that case, Hononourable Essa Faal, I would argue that overthrowing Yahya Jammeh - IN DEFENCE OF THE CONSTITUTION - is the Army's Constitutional Duty! The ONLY question to be established is whether Jammeh was violating the Constitution by subjecting Gambians to Un-Constitutional Extra-Judicial killings. If he was, then he should be overthrown by the Army - who would be PROTECTING the Constitution.
