I can’t believe it’s been more than twenty years since I discovered this show. They were airing it on Galavision and I could never get enough of it. I didn’t understand some of their expressions at times, it didn’t stop me from enjoying it to death.

This is a work of genius.I was born in Miami my parents are Cuban and all of my blood is Spaniard,(like many Cubans back from the pre dictator castro days).This show was a great representation of the first generation and second generations either born in Miami or brought as children to Miami from Cuba.For those of us who arent Cubanos arrepentidos,it was Cuba at home and English in the street.It was the best of both worlds.I wouldent have it any other way.Thanks to that alot of us are bilingual
