Two QUAD countries Australia and Japan are linked through bilateral security treaties with the US. India stands out as an independent nuclear weapons power with large military that does not need the US treaty of mutual defense but can give good strength to QUAD. The QUAD must not undermine India’s close relationship with Russia & this relationship can be beneficial to the West also by reducing Russia’s exclusive dependence on China & thereby strengthening Chinese economic & strategic hands. QUAD must help India by shifting supply chains from China to India, access to front line technologies, increased FDI & technological upgradation of its military. India’s strong capability along entire 3,488km long Indo-Tibetan border by providing two front threats to China can checkmate Chinese belligerence in East China & South China Sea. QUAD must become economic plus strategic partnership of four democratic countries aimed at checkmating Chinese belligerence. However, strategic cooperation becomes successful only when it is accompanied by mutually beneficial economic relations. QUAD must bring about greater economic linkage among its members & delinking of their economies from China. Maintaining beneficial economic relationship with autocratic, Communist China by other 3 QUAD countries & only strategic relationship with democratic India to contain China should not be acceptable to India. The US based Khalistani Pannun has called for bombing Air India flights, the Canada based Khalistani called for assassination of Indian diplomats, the UK based ones attacked Indian mission & in Australia they attacked Hindu Temples. Four Anglo Saxons, US proteges, promoting this can't be coincidental. Arm-twisting to delay GE 404 engines for Tejas, delivery of Apache attack helicopters & interference in India’s domestic politics are nothing but Frenemy acts. Countries don't jeopardize territorial integrity & security of friends. US is a frenemy country & that undermines QUAD.

If India had left any integrity and self-respect we should have cancelled Modi's visit to the US after the US Court summoned the NSA Ajit Doval. The next step will be for a red warrant to be issued against the Indian NSA Ajit Doval.
