In this video, EFP founder/head-trainer Rich O'neill is taking TJ, a fellow trainer at EFP, through his 2nd week of rehab for a torn quad tendon. TJ is already making huge strides in his recovery, and is making faster progress than we anticipated. We like to think our longevity system may have something to do with that!

80 degrees sitting 40 standing easily achievable by week 4.

Orthopedics and PTS wayyyyyyy to restrictive with this injury especially for men in this shape. Sitting range of motion abd laying can get way way higher by week 3 or 4.

Hi. How many months the process takes to make the operated leg as like as other healthy leg???

Truthfully each case is different, but what's true for every case is that the discipline with exercises like these executed daily will shorten the time to get back to symmetrical.
