7 Years Of Consumer Drone History (2012-2019)

One of my jobs in the drone industry was researching and comparing various similar drone systems. I throughoughly enjoy it, and decided to make a video that details the (nearly) complete consumer drone history from 2012-present.

Well made video. To me, it feels like gopro action cameras were the previous biggest technological development in camera / Video recording tech evolution. Of which Drones(mainly Dji) was the next major technical development.

Micro cameras like gopro were absolutely the biggest development for drone to be smaller and easier to use for the end consumer. Would been interesting to see what would have come from gopro partnering with DJI.

Excellent history review ..I think for 2019 and moving forward much of the focus on drone innovation will be aimed toward commercial applications and building drones that will conform to new FAA UAS performance requirements for flights over people, beyond visual line of sight, and remote ID technology..I think commercial use cases and regulations will be driving most of the tech now

Real on point, and truthful video, we appreciate it , I know I do. Alot of people still think dji was the first to launch a consumer drone lol. Then they don't know some innovators left dji and went to autel, they just think autel copies dji. lol. We would appreciate if u would, update a new video from when parrot started to 2023, with all the new drone companies that have came out. . Like hubsan. fimi. skydio,and so on, i believe u will make a big hit and it will probably be your biggest video yet thanks again.
