I know a farmer that was so fed up with water run off from a road. He built a berm along the edge of the field. It was just unproductive land because of regular flooding and weeds, but it did the trick. His field didn't flood. The road did.... But his field didn't.

hi olly looks like a 230mm grinder spanner, weather not so nice in south snowdonia today, cloudy and a cold easterly wind, but at least its stayed dry the last few days, much needed as one can crack on with jobs, 85% today, thanks for another great video, nice to see the quad trac going through the sticky ground with ease

Tip from my caravanning days, when you’re guiding someone back to hitch up stand square onto them and then place your hands the distance from tow hitch to tow ball and then slowly move your hands together, so the driver knows the distance from the hitch 😊

It’s the only way you’ll boss It This winter has made a mess of a lot of land it’s never stopped. What a combination Olly, seriously impressive. The power of the Quadtrac and Morgan's Mullet in perfect synchronicity 👌. As Joe Seels would say *BEAST* 👍. It will be interesting to see how much you benefit over the seasons between the possible extra cost in fuel to time saved working the land? My guess is it will prove to be a positive gain as the land itself will be better for it given the Quadtrac's lower footprint.

Best way to take them topdowns on and off a tractor like that is to fold it out and shove your discs down so it floats on the discs and press wheels. Then you can lift it up and down easier on the drawbar

Do you think you will be able to claim for direct drilling after the top down ? Or should I say after loosening the soil, perhaps after a subsoiler or low disturbance subsoiler ? It’s all very confusing. I’m guessing it’s only for straight into the soil with nothing done before. Not even touching tramlines.
