Quadriplegic | Walking exercise

This video is showing how I walk as exercise. This doesn't mean I can walk. Is just an exercise to train my muscles!

This is an older vid from you. Do you still do this as therapy? Would NMES on the appropriate leg muscles be effective while walking? Don't know if it'd trigger more spasms when you walk, perhaps it would.

Hiiii! Yes, old video. I'm doing sometimes some small steps but not as before. No, NMES won't be effective with walking in my case. I tried but it makes spasticity (I use the spasticity to make those steps) really low and can't move

@@SandraHwheelchair Was thinking the same about NMES but wanted to hear it from you. Was wondering if there was some sort of strap or harness for safety reasons on the walker. Didn't see one. If not, that makes you a good deal braver than I'd be. Your upright balance was good in the vid. So, how are you doing? Working on a new post or taking a break for a while?

@@lj8902 well it won't help something else added on the walker. The seat is more than enough because when I can't do or don't feel safe I just sit down. Today or tomorrow I'm gonna post a new video. I didn't do because I was away for almost 2 weeks.

Oh I'm watching it now, yes I think that You will be much bettr walker. Do it as much as possible. Mount a gymnastic ladder, handrails for dips, a cord with braces and train, train, train.
