The Madsen was a Danish design used in small numbers by the Germans during World War I. Much like the Lewis Guns (and Winchester Rifles), these were supplied to the White Army during the Russian Civil War (and the Imperial Army During World War I)j, which the Soviets captured. During 1941, when the Soviets were just trying to put whatever guns they could find into the hands of whomever could shoot them, they re-activated these guns for service. So not "lend-lease" in the World War II sense, but rather more indicative of the level of conflict in Russia in the 1910-1920s and the degree to which other international actors went to send guns to whatever faction they wanted to come out on top

AP mines were meant just to injure, not necessary kill enemies. The current toxicness of AP mines comes from spamming +5 in a point and completely negate one average squad from passing. If they just did less damage so a soldier without vitality could survive it would instantly balance out and would bring some relevance to medkit usage over sprint perk, also large bags with medkits

I use ap mines with my assault class and my engineer class over rated when you have a 5 to 8 man squad all with ap mines I got 20 kills at the start of a Normandy invasion

The AP Mine spam is really lame. I can't complain, I do it too, but only because it is so undeniably effective. I would love to see it changed though. Personally I would change it so that either AP mines can only be equipped by certain troops like Snipers. Or have it so that mines require a special backpack to equip, having them compete directly for the backpack slot. These changes should see AP mine spam reduced by between 75% and 95% in my estimates.

Idk if it just doesnt come through in the video, but there was absolutely a small delay between me shooting and the shots registering. It wasnt major lag but I could absolutely feel a delay like I was on EU servers.

i mean if you play the objective youkll get way more kills than otherwhise. Also dont rate yourself or others by the kills they get. Sure getting 0 kills aint too good but you should rather look at the kills on objective, engineer points, and stuff like that. You can get easily 200 kills by greyzoning in a tank and be the most usless person in the team.
