Honestly the main isn't all that important if you have BT Zetsu. If you don't though, Fire and Lightning are the best choice for reliably gaining 60 Chakra. Wind Main and Earth main both could work. However Wind Main loses a bit of her strength since you can't use her clones or else it'll clash with Zetsu's clones. Ultimately the deciding factor for which main you're going to use will depend on the other ninjas you use
