Genuine question I'm a Blackjack player getting into Poker- I see people buy into tournaments on youtube for like $5k and they play with tourny chips and end at the final table with hundreds of thousands- that isnt actually their money at the end (besides the winnings of the prize pool) I'm aware those are just accumulated chips from people being eliminated throughout the days. However what kind of setting is this where the pots are of this size? Are these like fully their money/investor money? And why is this being streamed- is this a form of a tournament or do people have private casinos that allow experienced players to buy in with well over high limit amount and they stream it? Just curious it's all pretty interesting to me.
