Love this! Love the big windows that throws light & an airy quality to this very beautifully designed interior. I just love the kitchen & top of the line appliances! The woodwork is so beautiful too but more importantly for “me” is the fact that there is a bedroom with full size bed on the “first floor” , so that I do not have to climb up into a loft( as beautifully as that loft here, is designed & love the staircase)! I also really love the dishwasher, fireplace & gas stove appliance! Thrilled to see that both the gas stove & dishwasher are included in this design! Please do call this a tiny home though instead of a trailer for it truly is a tiny home! The living room is huge( nice touch) & kitchen’s whole design is perfect! Great video tour of this “tiny home!”♥️

Two things I would mention. Call it a home, not a trailer. But one thing it has in common with an older trailer that bottom shelf of the cabinetry is the floor. Most people would not want to store food stuffs or dishes etc on the floor. For all it would take to add a proper bottom shelf it would take the home to a higher level. When you opened that first base cabinet immediately crossed it off my list. It is a very nice looking home and the loft is better than most. Maybe you could retrofit bottom shelves, even better if you installed pullout drawers in the base cabinet. It is the little things like that that will sell home.

For the price range this is definitely bang for the buck even with the items you mentioned! If soft close and other items mentioned were upgraded you’d be over a $100 grand in today’s market! Nice for the price! A seasoned contractor makeover artist! Park Model !

Most units have sacrificed the washer/Dryer space for the steps to the loft. I see you didn't do this. Smart decision. Very nice home. Warm comfortable living room.

I look at tiny homes all the time. Not crazy about the walls or cabinets… but this has a lot of great stuff about it. The use of the space is amazing! Can this be modified? (Different cabinets and such)

I'm not a fan of batt and board walls either. Tape and texture sheet rock is my preference. While the use of space is extraordinary, the color selections and pre-finished sheet rock are like that from the 1970s. Also, I noted the lack of soft close drawers and cabinet doors.

He mentioned it could be used for camping. lol It's park model. I wanted to know sq ft., 296 or 370. Probably 370. Someone already asked weight and size, heavy and 37ft won't make a sale. And there is no way the loft is 7ft. If it was you could have entered the room to open that cabinet. A loft over 4ft is unheard of in these homes.

This is a nice "little home", however, don't plan on placing it anywhere other than a RV park. zoning restrictions in most U.S. cities/counties specify that any home 400 sq.ft. or less is an RV - NOT a "residence." R-1 "residential" zoning in all cities/counties specify homes only larger than 400 sq.ft. and if you are financing with the Government like with a HUD loan, they have a 782 sq.ft. minimum to be considered "a house."

there are some 'tiny home' parks where these can go, that look a bit nicer than the typical trailer park. Eg. Acony Bell in NC, and probably others.

@@monkeyb1820 it is nice to hear that N.C. has established a place other than an RV park for Park Model tiny homes. i think there is a growing trend in various states to allow "tiny home" developments. right now, these park model RV's are not allowed in any R-1 "residential" housing area anywhere that i have heard of. Park Model RV's have a limit of 400 square feet for them to be allowed in an RV park. on the other hand, according to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), a "single family residence" (which is what R-1 zoning areas require) is a "building code approved structure" that is 752 square feet or bigger.

@@zeebee8932 while that "trick" might seem clever, it won't work. most R-1 residential communities have restrictions on parking "RV's" permanently at a property. but even if you could park it in the back yard, you could not hook up any utilities to it because once you did that, it would become a "permanent building."
