Same , won 10 one v ones in a row the other night . God I miss quake. started competitive multiplayer with doom 2 in 1995 right after graduating high school and jumped into quake one in 1996 . I mostly play 2042 and cod now and still lead the leaderboards in the majority of my matches at the young age of 46. Honestly, still playing at the same level when I was 19. Probably a little better because I’m more patient 😂

lol cypher, evil rapha were next level. he is a dinosaur who lived before real GOATs.
@razorm312726 күн бұрын
@@user-jd1mq8gg7e , Rapha is next level indeed, but he is next level comparing to ANY 1v1 Quake player Ever in Entire Quake history Cypher is better in Quake than Fatal1ty too, because more Top results in Multiple Quake games, than Fatal1ty But Evil is Much Lower level than Fatal1ty. Cause even in Quake Live, Evil was Top 3, he was A Lot weaker than Rapha and Cypher. Also Evil won Big (tier 1-1,5) Quake tournament only 1 time (DreamHack Winter 2012) While Fatal1ty was Top 2 in Quake 3, and he won tier1 Quake 3 tournament (Razer CPL 2000), and two tier1-1,5 ones (WCG Challenge 2000 and BattleTop Universal Challenge 2000). Also Fatal1ty won Big tournaments in Doom 3, Unreal Tournament 2003, and other shooter games (Painkiller and some "Aliens versus Predator 2" game)
@user-jd1mq8gg7e26 күн бұрын
@@razorm3127 evel much lower than Rapha and Cypher? lol evil beaten cypher and rapha many times. you dont know what u are talking about
@razorm312726 күн бұрын
@@user-jd1mq8gg7e , unlike you, I know very well what I'm talking about Evil Much worse than Rapha and Cypher. Because even in Quake Live, "the indicator" of the best player - is the number of tier1 tournaments he has won. And Evil won only 1 tier1 tournament (DreamHack Winter 2012) And here are tier1 tournaments, that Rapha won: 1. QuakeCon 2016. Rapha defeated Evil in Grand Finals 2. QuakeCon 2016. Rapha defeated Evil in Grand Finals again 3. QuakeCon 2016. Rapha defeated Evil in Grand Finals too 4. DreamHack Summer 2012. Evil is defeated by Cypher in Quarter Final 5. QuakeCon 2011 6. IEM5 World 2011 7. DreamHack Winter 2010 Finals 8. ESWC 2010 Finals 9. IEM4 World Finals 10. QuakeCon 2009 Also Rapha won $127000 Prize money in QL, while Evil won only $47000 So Evil is still one of the Best Quake Live players, but not even close to Rapha level
@razorm312726 күн бұрын
@@user-jd1mq8gg7e , and now time for Cypher. Tier1 tournaments he won: 1. QuakeCon 2014. Cypher defeated Evil in Semi Final 2. DreamHack Winter 2013. Evil was defeated by Rapha in Semi Final 3. QuakeCon 2012 4. DreamHack Winter 2011 5. DreamHack Summer 2011 (general prize pool is maybe like tier1,5 , but prize for top1 is still big enough). Evil died even during group stage here (and he lost group stage match to Cypher) 6. UGC 2011 (close to tier1,5 too) 7. DreamHack Winter 2010 8. QuakeCon 2010 9. IEM4 European Finals 10. QuakeCon 2008 And Cypher won $114000 Prize money (vs still $47000 by Evil). So result is same as with Rapha - Evil is A Lot lower than Cypher's level * * * * * So as you can see, in the most important tournaments (tier1 ones, with biggest money prize and prestige) - Evil almost always lost to either Rapha or Cypher, constantly remaining only one or two steps away from first place Yes, Evil still won both Rapha and Cypher during DreamHack Winter 2012 (tier1 tournament, where Evil won top1). But it doesn't matter much, cause it is like when you won only 2 rounds and lost 10 in boxing match
