It was such a great surprise running into y'all at QuakeCon! I love hearing about your experience as first time attendees. The experience hooked me in but the people keep me coming back. You'll see familiar faces year after year and it'll really personalize that room of 3000 to a room full of close friends. Hope to run into y'all next year!

My officially licensed Quake III Everglide mousepad, warped due to age and QIII logo almost completely faded, is still in use. No-one in her/his right mind would use that thing now, but it's just so familiar to me (I mean, on my desk since 1999). Loved your extended fan talk about QuakeCon and am looking forward to the Quake doc, plus Frank's QC report. Also: more book recommendations please, I really appreciate those too. Thanks!

Jeremy - as a kid who grew up south of Boston I can relate to dropping wicked from my vocabulary lol. Moved to Michigan in 9th grade and immediately got made fun of for saying it lol, tried to make it seem cool but ultimately dropped it like a hot potato.

Absolutely loved seeing you guys talk about QuakeCon! I unfortunately could not attend in person this year, but will definitely be there next year! I have been going to QuakeCon since 2013, and it has always been a highlight of my year. Even for the last 5 years I have been at home, I make a big effort to decorate my room and create my own little BYOC. The event is just unlike anything else and I love it so much! Can't wait for the documentary, and in the meantime, I am working on a BAWLS documentary!

Just from the audio description of the game I had to come here and say I Love Areobiz Supersonic! Great game folks iirc at least. Supersonic has the base game from the birth of commercial flight, plus some made up planes when you get into the 2000s
