I am an express entry applicant and just submitted my ADR and Remedical last month. I am expecting a passport request within a few weeks time. I applied as a single applicant. However, I have been in a relationship with a girl for 13 years and we can not get married in our home country Pakistan because the law and society prohibits it. I had initially planned to sponsor her as a conjugal partner after moving to Canada myself but due to covid 19 my application was delayed for 2 years. At this point in our life we do not want to stay apart and I'd like her to move to Canada with me. I know it's possible to add a spouse to express entry application at this stage but is there a way I can add my girlfriend of 13 years to my application so we can leave together. Hello Please can someone explain for me My partner invited me to Canada with visitor visa I came here 5 months ago and we know each other almost two months before I came so it’s 7 months, now we want to do the conjugal partner or common law, which one we should do ?
