50mt swim
10 push up hand release
15 air squat

RULES:
1) Non è consentito il blocco di partenza, ma ci si puó tuffare dal bordo vasca.
2) Non è consentito utilizzare una vasca da 50mt
2) È consentito virare o toccare il bordo a fine della prima vasca di 25mt
3) Ogni vasca completata equivale ad 1 ripetizione
4) posizionare il telefono/videocamera con un’inquadratura orizzontale, leggermente angolata rispetto alla vasca. Assicurandosi che tutti i 25 m della corsia siano presenti in video.
5) Effettuare i movimenti a corpo libero, perpendicolarmente al telefono/videocamera.

RULES:
1) No starting block is allowed, but you may dive from the side of the pool.
2) It is not allowed to use a 50mt pool.
2) Turning or touching the edge at the end of the first 25mt pool is allowed.
3) Each completed pool is equivalent to 1 repetition
4) Position the phone/camcorder with a horizontal shot, slightly angled to the pool. Making sure that all 25m of the lane is present on video.
5) Perform the free-body movements, perpendicular to the phone/video camera.
